with a litte delay i wish you a good start into 2010 and a pleasent ride on your long way back home.

Your “sunny story” is the oposite from what we have here in Germany at the moment, to much snow!

Next week we continue our travel and fly into the sun of Azerbaidschan.

Hello folks. Happy Aus Day! I wonder if perhaps you’re already in the NT? That would have been a nice planning – it’s like a national holiday to celebrate your return home

I’m in the US now – Indiana, finally doing the studying! It’s an experience out here, I’ll tell you (although considerably less varied and healthy than yours…)

Hey hey hey!

Well, the title says it all – pure awesomeness! (with a touch of sore arse, but this is to be expected)

Note to all, ensure you have a very comfortable seat if you attempt this type of thing of the bat!

Frank, you pretty much right mate – for the last four years there hasn’t been much is the way of exercise :p~ The road trip was a good thing in that respect, not sure if I lost any kgs though as you get extremely hungry at the end of each day and you need the fuel to keep you going! I guess if I keep some level of exercise and keep off the beers things will come into shape in 2010.

A late merry christmas and new years to all!

I have NEVER seen Shane so very pleased as that last photo! I bet he hasn’t done anything that strenuous since the army days! I guess I’ll find out just how tough it is when you guys get to Newcastle. Cheers Frank
