hi Jules & Jess

Glad to see you guys had good time in China.

I am one of the member of the 200KM ride team which you mentioned, and I was the last one talk to you upstairs when you had lunch with us.

I guess the scenery is great when you cycling in GuangXi. But the road in the east of China may be not that good, as you said it is chaos, lots of truck, car.

if you come to China next time, I suggest you riding on provincial road, not national road. we do not like riding on national road, coz most national road in China is heavy traffic, and lots of truck, it makes people feel bad. most provincial road in China was rebuild few years ago, less traffic there, and the scenery is better than national road. but provincial road is easier to get lost.

I am planning my new year holidays to go Vietnam, I hope i could see more information of your vietnam trip, then I can follow your foot print when i get to Vietnam :)

Hey Jules and Jess,

Great to hear you've had a good time on the last two stages of your trip in China.

That gate into Vietnam looks like in interesting spot. I'll have to check out the border area there myself one day.

If you ever plan China Tour Mark II, please let me know. Especially YunNan and further West out to XinJiang.

Enjoy Vietnam. And, give my best to Shane in Thailand.

ZaiJian!
